God I hope not. Could not imagine a worse a GF than Sydney and Fremantle. If thats the case, ill be drinking beers to forget the day, rather than enjoy it.

Yes because the last 3 grand finals the swans been in have been pretty boring

Did I say a GF involving Sydney alone? or did I not say Sydney v Fremantle?

Also- where in my comment did I say my disdain for a Sydney v Fremantle GF was based on entertainment value?

Winners this week will be;

Hawthorn 27pts - too much quality for Geelong
Fremantle 9pts - have a feeling that th Dockers will do the Swans at ANZ
Nth Melb. - 15pts - although could go either way
Richmond 21pts - have momentum and will not be fazed travelling to AO

Geelong by 7 - this final 'doesn't matter'
Swans by 9.8 points - stop. COLA time
Essendon by 45 points - North are shite.
Port by 38 points - Richmond played their Granny in Sydney last week.

regards,

REB

My tips
Geelong 13-24
Sydney 1-12
Port 13-24
North 25+

Hawks to possibly go out in straight sets
Freo geelong prelim
Sydney to cruise through and lose GF day

That probably means a Dockers flag.

Excuse my ignorance, but if Freo lose this week they will then have a home final against the winner of Ess V Roos?? And, then if they win that they will play the winner of Hawks v Geel in Prelim??

I have got a multi going Freo into Legs both for the flag. $30 on for $580 return.

1v4 loser plays winner of 5v8 - So if Freo lose, they play the winner of Port and Richmond.

Saturday nights game will be close to 85k, not many seats left just depends on MCC members turning up. Probably will end up about a 60/40 split our way. Both teams have pretty ordinary recent finals records. Hopefully our experience playing infront of big crowds helps

The Docker's cause won't be helped by the fact they had to disembark from their plane tonight due to a technical/mechanical fault. They will now leave for Sydney 6.00am (WST) tomorrow morning instead.

I heard the head technician is Buddy's cousin and he manipulated this to give the swans a bit more of an edge...
