So Gold Coast must be looking at trading next years first round pick

Break out the champagne!

Wouldn’t be surprised if pick 3 gets swapped for 8 and 16 between Adelaide and Gold Coast

Isn’t the story that Francou walked away due to the toxic culture at Adelaide? Doubt he’ll help the crows now. More likely to swap pick 3 to Port for Amon and a future 4th rd
Would you be a teacher for 80k per year and ******* work like a dog or go up to the Gold Coast for 200k and work half as much?Jim05 wrote:Francou’s teaching career lasted about as long as Kane Cornes’ fire fighting career

DOC wrote:Gold Coast has announced another signing, confirming former Fremantle defender Sam Collins has joined the club for next season.
The Suns used their final mature-age access selection on the key defender who starred for Werribee this year, finishing third in the JJ Liston Medal.
Collins averaged 73 SuperCoach points in his debut season for the Dockers in 2016 but could manage only two games the next year.
He joins former Werribee teammate Josh Corbett and West Adelaide's Chris Burgess as the Suns' three state league prospects for 2019.

My thought is Franco’s was contracted to Adelaide, GC would need to give some sort of compensation to Adelaide. Maybe a deal has been done
