Always a reminder of ones own age when a name and voice remembered fondly from childhood passes away. Such sad news, loved his energy

You'd be hoping to play Essendon at home I reckon. Demons will take you out, even at the Oval.

Just like we are capable of doing, they're very capable of losing the ones they are meant to win. When they ( or we, for that matter ) start to win the ones they're meant to, I'll trust them. I can't at the moment.

Also looks more and more likely Viney won't be back, that doesn't help them

Yep.

Looking more likely that we won't be playing Port if we make it now. Possible trip to Sydney coming up

If the Bombers win and Saints beat Richmond, it will be Tigers v Bombers more than likely.

Ladbrokes offered $7.50 cats/tigers/crows

Watch tigers just fall over the line and the Crows lose by just going through the motions..

Just a community announcement.
Bars that accept cash are being removed at Adelaide Oval at the end of the footy season.

PS Please don't complain to the staff at the bars about this or the price of booze there as they have no influence over either.

Wasnt complaining, was just requesting. :?
If people have issues they should talk to the people who make the decisions on those issues. Makes sense I would have thought.
What I cant work out is why people complain about the prices whilst paying the price asked, supply and demand people, you are your own worst enemy if you pay the price you're complaining about.

If the card processing time was quicker at my bar Id agree but I literally can serve 3 customers with cash in the time it takes to serve one person who paywaves atm.

at the scoreboard bar, they ask you to pay straight away whilst they are pouring your beers, so the only time you are there is the time for them to pour

do you do the same or ask them to pay at the end? because if its at the end it would be slower

Why anyone would buy booze and food at Adelaide Oval is a mystery to me...

Expensive.
