Robbie Gray the best at drawing a free kick when there is none there.

Port stopped running after 1/4 Time. Nothing to do with umpires at all. I actually thought we were pathetic in the 2nd term of the early stages of the 3rd very costly turn overs at important stages.

Loved Ollie Wines game I have him on 6 Brownlow votes. 3 against Sydney, 2 against Freo (thanks to Robbie) and 1 tonight would actually surprise me if he got 2 tonight behind Sloane.

Amon must go to the Magpies. Must!

Yeah for almost a quarter and half the Crows were dominantly on top .. you actually did well to absorb, because the damage could have been much greater. Keeping the door open gave you some hope late.

No reason both clubs shouldnt be optimistic about building and being right among it late in the year.

AFL Round 3

Here's hoping for a Showdown let down next week to give us a chance. No Cameron, McGovern and Jenkins will also help the cause

Reckon Cameron will get off.

Jenkins should be back next week I think, so he can come in for McGovern

From the peas conference of Luke Beverage;

Reporter: "Will you consider bringing in Will Minson to help your ruckman, Tom Campbell?"

Bevo: "He's retired, mate."

Guess it will happen when you want the AFL in the news 24/7. People will report on the games etc who really shouldn't be there at all.

I reckon there was a bloke at CHF for the Crows who cost Port the game. His 2 goals were outstanding in the last quarter.

Realistically Port didn't get in front by enough in the first quarter when they had a real chance to jump the Crows by 4-5 goals and lacked that polish going forward to find a target. I thought Kyle Hartigan was outstanding and he has seriously improved over the off season.

Good calls LK, Hartigan was very good. That goal from the Captain from the mark and wheel around was Careyesque
