I'll be happier when Motlop and Stanley are delisted and Guthrie is traded. Peahearts all.

I thought Stanley had turned the corner by moving, he had one good game in a row last year.

I've been a big critic of our desire this season but that was a good win in the end. Our second quarter was atrocious and when Geelong play this way they seldom turn it around. To do so with only one on the bench when we were 20 points down showed heart I didn't think we had. One player who I think is standing up a bit who cops the wrath of many is Murdoch. He still has some way to go but he's been trying very hard in the last six weeks and he looks like he wants to be part of the solution.

We don't need to be as good as the great Geelong sides to win a premiership here but at half time I was wondering if we were going to make the eight. We are what we are..a team that has recruited well because we've had bugger all draft picks. I really want to see the back of Motlop and Stanley though, not sure what they offer tbh. Both are incredibly frustrating footballers. If Scott had the balls to play a few more kids (Wylie Buzza for Stanley for example) then some of these senior blokes who have a gold pass might work a bit harder and we'd reach our potential.

Gazz can knock on the door all he wants.
Suns dont wanna get rid of him.
He can stay up there tanning his baldness.
He certainly wont be the highest paid at the club. Wouldnt get much more than $500k

On a more important note.
Stewart gone for some surgery.
Lost a kid to the acl in the vfl
Id like to get some game times into these kids sooner rather than later.

They also won't want someone who doesn't want to be there taking up $1m of their salary cap.

They're not going to make the 8 this year, they've barely improved to Rocket Eade will be on his way out the door at seasons end. Time to do a clean out up there, get a new culture up and running and letting GAj go will be part of that. No point keeping him under duress.

I think a 2nd rounder would get the job done. The suns will want 2 first roubders for him.

I didn't think I'd be saying this but Gaz will be back in Hoops next year. Not bad having Ablett as your number three midfielder. I can see Ablett being more of a mobile forward seeing as we are deficient in this area with guys like Gregson, McCarthy and Parfitt injured, Menzel lacking mobility and Parsons night quite ready yet despite an encouraging game against the Dockers.

I think Stanley's days are numbered which shores up Blicavs' as the second ruck support to Zac Smith. We need Ruggles and Thurlow to play a bit more because Mackie is near the end. A few jigsaw pieces missing but not bad for a club that has never finished lower then 12th.

Selwood out till the finals after having surgery today. Geelong have to win 2 out of 3 games against GWS, Richmond and Collingwood to ensure a top 4 spot. Or win one and rely on Adelaide beating Sydney in a couple of weeks time. Not looking great.

Still possible to miss finals if you lose all 3. Would think you will win atleast 1 though

2 sides ahead of us and Collingwood are a bogey side for us. Saving grace is we have two home games and hopefully get a couple players back.

Jordan Murdoch needs to go.

we should trade him to the Hawks, they love the left footers.

You will only get 1 final at home and that will be in week 1 if you play the Giants. More than likely you will get the Tigers at the G in week 1

The Cup is ours? We've played two good games this year, both at Cat Park. Lid firmly on but I'm happy we played well against the Giants because we've been Horse for most of the year.
