Nup that's still a firm no from me.
Mcstay, Checkers, Elliott, Hill, Cox, McCreery , throw in Daicos, Hoskin-elliott, Shultze.
Who is he kicking out?
It's only my opinion and it seems Fly is pretty keen so what would I know?

He's a flog but I'd take Stringer at Carlton for a 2nd round pick

Wow!
Some serious coin

Is he that good or will he be?
Only seen him play 2-3 times in patches and he looks an exciting player but the best player?

Good on him though and his manager as the clubs/AFL have plenty of coin.
There are no stupid questions, just stupid people.

Offensively maybe but when you add the defensive side of his game, not sure he fits Collingwood's forward half pressure game compared to all the others you've highlighted,
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Fat, slow, doesn't tackle, but he is better than the guys you have in bold?

I think GC Have to pay overs to keep/get players.
They did give Rory Atkins 5 years @ $400K !... and he is still on their list after recent cuts.

Pies want pick 12 for Noble.
Can't see us getting that no way.
A pick in the 20's is more likely.

However if by some miracle GC went for it then that would be tempting for the bully's for Smith.

Fat, yes, but not slow. He's there to kick goals, not tackle. Stupid idea that got given too much oxygen by the likes of Neil Craig. Guns kick goal, spuds like McCreery tackle.

Has more ability as a forward than maybe peak Elliot, but is a much better forward than the rest.

Whether he fits in their system is another matter.

Speaking of Comedy Central

Unless it's pick 12 in the rookie draft, then that's a fair deal

Not bad for a bloke whose kicking ability and decision making doing so is below average. Athletically though a freak even by the high AFL standards.

I rate him; can play forward, back and pinch hit in the ruck

Yeah his decent....not saying his not.

His an athletic beast who literally can play any of the 18 positions on the ground.

Just kind of funny that he is imo a below decision maker and kick of the football.

I know the game has changed but i still believe the best footballers are still those with elite skills.

Modern day football has no room for a forward who can't or won't tackle or won't apply pressure.
That's why it's called team defence not 17 blokes defend. He's part of the reason the bombers couldn't hold the ball in their forward line, it would bounce straight out.
In my opinion Elliott might not have the goal tally but his pressure and ability to kick clutch goals makes him a far better player.
Same with Beau. He's never going to kick 50 a year but his pressure creates goals for the rest.
