Followed Collingwood from 1981-1990 due initially to Michael Taylors move to the magpies, and they became my team (was made even easier with the likes of Kelly and Francis and co. heading over there) ... When the Crows joined the comp I switched allegiance to them, and almost kinda followed both clubs, but gradually weened off the Woods and more toward the Cows ... The soft spot for Collingwood became well and truly lost at the height of the Eddie era (although I did still cheer for them at the G in their Grand Final appearances against Brissie)..

i support North Melbourne Kangaroos because i first saw them play on one of our local international tv station back in 1999. my first footy game that i went to was the LA Challenge in LA California, USA. The game was the Kangaroos against the Swans. I got to meet Ron Barassi and Dr. Allen Aylett. I also got to stay in the same hotel and eat at the same place as the Kangaroo did. On the day of the game, i had breakfast and hear Ron Barassi and Dr. Allen Aylett speak. After the game (the Kangaroos won the game) i got to have dinner with the team and meet some of the players and hear Ron Barassi and Dr. Allen Aylett speak again. I might be on a tv special that was tape there for australian tv (I was in the back ground in my kangaroos home jumper).
