Been the best performed team for almost 2 seasons 16-6 last year one win off top and 15-6-1 on top with the best percentage this season, best attack, solid defence, midfield growing on a weekly basis....and something to really bond the group and to play for. Phil Walsh.

I got a bad feeling you will...
Also hardly a miracle, we just beat you last time. Our games are always close

I think it's well talked about the brand of footy we play is conducive to regular season, but not so much finals.
The way we lost to NM, Melb, Hawks and Geel...the draw with Coll and closing the minor rd with losses to Syd and WCE doesn't fill be with confidence.
I still think we are lacking that class in the midfield for finals pressure football. Time will tell.

Since rd 6 this year
Adelaide 9w 6l 1d
Geelong 10w 5l 1d
GWS 9w 5l 2d
Richmond 10w 6l 0d
Port 10w 6l 0d
Sydney 14w 2l 0d
Essendon 9w 7l 0d
WC 8w 8l 0d
I think MW's reply is more accurate

You guys will be the shortest priced favourites by a fair bit out of all 4 games. When we played you last time you still hadn't fully hit your straps and we were having a little bit of a purple patch. We limped into finals whilst you barely raised a sweat. The week off will help us heaps though as we had a few that looked a bit flat and we should get 3 pretty decent players back from injury

The question mark was on who would help Sloane, well both Crouches are doing to top job with that.

I think you're biggest downfall is blokes like Cameron, Milera, Knight and lesser extent but still capable of disappearing altogether Jenkins can see you relying on too few doing too much.

I've got the Crows playing either Richmond or GWS in the GF.
Adelaide for mine.
Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go and vomit in the corner...

Crows will be playing the Swans in the Prelim or the 2nd or 3rd team.
Geelong or Richmond will be playing GWS in the Prelim.
Said it before and will say it again, 2nd is better than first. In this case similar to last year 3rd is actually best off.
Im thinking Sydney playing Richmond or GWS in the GF.

theres always 1 blow out in the 1st round of the finals and I reckon it could be the Syd v Ess game. Too much fire power and midfield is so match hardened. their gameplan is built around winning the contested footy which is what finals is all about. Kennedy to have 40 touches

I think the Crows will get the job done v GWS. if the Crows allow GWS too much space then thier superior ball use and with big Patton, Lobb and Cameron could pose alot of problems for Talia(if fit) lever and Keath. I would think Davis would take Walker. Betts is the big danger but they have Wilson who could take him. The Crows have a few fwds who go missing in big games.
Sauce v Mumford will be a cracker of a contest. The mids battle Sloane and the crouch brothers v Ward, Kelly, Coniglio will be a belter. I think Shiel and Skully will have a little bit too much pace on the wings for the crows lads.

But saying that i think home ground will be the difference. 52000 chardonnay supporters eating their Apricot Slice drinking the chardys and yelling ball all game might get them home. Mind you if GWS are giving them a touch up expect only 20000 people there at 3/4 time

It will a cracking contest.

I think Richmond will just get the job v Geelong but iv picked against geelong a few times this year against good sides and they have let me down. Mind you Chris Scotts record against the top sides is very good. He's abit like Klopp loves the challenge.

West Coast love Adelaide Oval 5-1 here and 3-0 against Port at Adelaide Oval a very good record. Kennedy will be up for the challenge and Darlings form in the second half of the year has been outstanding so im tipping West Coast to keep rolling along and Nik Nat to return the following week.

So round 1 tips
Cows
Richmond
Eagles
Swannies

I've gone the MT method of tipping:

Cats will belt Richmond. Jump out of the blocks and stay there.
Crows to smack the giants
Port to run over WCE late
Bombers to snatch one over the swans.
