Replace Casboult's name with Jones and read it again.

And yet, we traded for Jones with what I think is way too high-a-pick.

So our selection this week for me sums up our entire 3 seasons under Malthouse.

Confusing selections and exclusions again this week. It seems to be the norm. What is the clear message that is coming out of Carlton? Confusion??

I can understand him saying that kids have to earn their spots - but to have Graham and Buckley come up for 1 week and essentially do nothing wrong, then drop them? Give them a go FFS! They must be ready to walk to another club just to get an opportunity. I still don't know if either kid can play.

Boekhurst is pick 19 - I would've thought getting games into the lad would've been beneficial. And surely dropping a big name would heed more than dropping a kid who hasn't had any opportunity.

Yeah I can see your frustration. I feel you guys need to be getting games in to Graham, Buckley and Boekhurst. Cripps is doing well so good to see him in the side. But definitely time to see what thses kids can do.

Buckley can come to North if he wants.
At least the kid has a go unlike some of his more experienced/higher paid team mates.

4 big ins this week, although white i dont really know much of :)

Andrew Carrazzo, Troy Menzel and Simon White return from injury, while Chris Yarran returns from suspension.

Kruzer is close possibly next week and thomas in last week should get better

thats a third of the side looking much stronger

who else is missing that could come in at a later stage (Walker injured)

How Buckley doesn't get a game every week beggars belief.
Whether we're blooding young blokes or not, I still put him in our best 22.

I'd back us next week, clubs with a new coach generally show something...

We're going well. How Malthouse doesn't get an extension is beyond me.

It goes beyond the coach, some serious trouble there. Their financial report will be interesting to say the least, whispers that they have lost $1m in the last month alone and they are almost broke

We are the worst performing side in the comp by a million miles. A MILLION MILES. My colleague coaching at Dv 4 level wouldn't put up with that sh1t. Where does this idiot get off?

I don't think so actually. I think he'll be coaching for a while yet. I think there will be a few other changes around the club first.
