Sorry lads and I'm not innocent with making comments as a joke and I know it's what it was meant as. I just don't think there is any need to put pictures on the net.

God bless Crows supporters.

Sick of hearing about the young cats and how contributed to the result. The average age is the same.

Just gotta scrape in again and you never know... that week off before finals might just win us the flag again...

FWIW your boys (and the Crows) look the most likely, as long as the Hawks don't pull a lazarus and find a way to finish 8th and you play them in the first week...

You may have a point here. I don't see it as bullying in that sense, as the subject matter would not be aware of the fact that they are the butt of the joke. Unless of course they are SA Footy forum members. Do you think that is the case?

A disingenuous response. Whether you're sick of hearing about it or not, the make up of our side clearly contributed to the loss. When you have a few injuries to top line players, you call up depth players. Our steadily growing injury list means we are playing guys who just aren't ready. We arent calling up depth players we are calling up Zuthrie, Simpson, Parsons, Buzza. We had five of our top ten goalscorers out. Average ages take into account the old guys, and it's not just the age of the blokes mentioned, it's the lack of games they have played that is the key.

Why grizzle about that shit when you've just had a good win?

I think so. He didn't have a great game but he wasnt Robinson Crusoe there. The problem we have is that Cockatoo, Menzel, Blicavs, Lang, McCarthy, Gregson, GHS and Ruggles are injured and Motlop and Stanley are shit. Most of those guys are small forwards so Mackie is safe on that score. Ruggles is a defender but he would take Zuthrie's spot. I'd rather it was Kolo as I don't think he will make it.

Listening to the press conference from Chris Scott, interesting he praised the kids for playing well, even named them, and said it was on the senior players who didn't play well.

I dont think Simpson and Guthrie are ready for senior footy just yet but we were probably left without much choice last night. Scott is never going to be publicly critical of the kids though, who knows what he says to them behind closed doors. Buzza shows good signs but needs to get on the scoreboard. I thought Parsons did well enough
