Hitchcock and Salter survive this cull?

Might be Salts is holding on due to lack of tall defenders and might have the summer to get fit.

Hitchcock...I just dont know.........I just dont know.

It's a bit hard to get rid of all their carp players though. They'd end up with no players at all if they did that.
So you've seen everything have you?
Yep
Have you ever seen a man eat his own head?
No
Well you haven't seen everything then have you.

Not sure how Hitchcock survived.
Rodan will end up back at Richmond I believe. Obviously port believed Richmond wouldn't trade for him, so hence he's gone.
Surjan sounds similar, the club probably know more about his injuries as well.

Hitchcock's relative youth probably saved him, but agree it is a strange one.

Probably Matthew Westhoff and Brad Symes were the 2 most disappointing from the last 5 to 7 years.

Heard Jacob Surjan on the radio tonight. Has handled the whole thing with class. I hope he lands on his feet somewhere.
Thanks Surjan and good luck

What happens with McCarthy's spot? Will port get compensation from the AFL? Extra draft pick?

Should mean that they don't have to de list 1 player.

Melbourne had a special case with theirs as the lists were already completed and lodged for the next season.
