Terrible result for Port, confident they can bounce back against the in form Giants.

Dixon, Hoff and Howard will cover Ryder. Trengove comes in, Wingard goes forward.

He was out cold momentarily.
Surely with all the precautions they take these days he can’t play this week.

If you can drive on Adelaide roads after a concussion you're good to go

Any more than a paragraph and my mind wanders elsewhere.

Dixon, Hoff and Howard will cover Ryder. Trengove comes in, Wingard goes forward.

Lets face it Dixon has been poor upfront most of the year. I suspect his best game for the season was when Ryder was out and he did a fair stint in the ruck. The Giants rucks, Simpson and Lobbe are hardly world beaters. Dixon should be able to go head to head with Simpson and when Lobbe gives Simpson a chop out, the Hoff can do him over. The game will not be won in the ruck. Ports midfielders need to get down and dirty this week. I'm expecting a massive response after the crap they served up last week.

Port mustve just got Polec's signature. The traditional lead in to the announcment has just begun with Sam Maclure declaring that the Roos have made a massive multi year offer of 700k plus.

Lol seems about right. Polec 700k. Can't see that being correct. Not even North are that spastic.

Also this is from Sam "Rorys gone" Maclure. So the info must be Solid.

He’s one of the worst out there imo

Seems to go big just to try and get a headline but has very little substance compared with the more experienced journalists (and even someone like Cornes)

‘Apparently’ Spargo has bought his North Melbourne guernsey with Polec’s number on it already.

The match on Saturday is not the only reason I’m going to Melbourne.
I’ll be seeking out our list manager for a brief “chat”...
