odds on them both being bottom 4 next year?

I Reckon Port will be mid table again. Ryder is a pretty big in for them. North are rebuilding and will be next year's Freo. I reckon Richmond will do better than many think.

Impey and Johnson out for round one. Could derail the season.

And whilst he's a spud, they've lost Vickery as a forward target and the loss of Deledio will hurt more than the acquisition of Prestia can make up in the short term IMO. Plus they still have Hardwick in charge.

Deledio played **** all last season. And the acquisition of Prestia and Caddy means that Cotchin can play seagull and kick a few sausage rolls as well. I reckon the Tigers can improve. And yes Vickery is a spud as Hawthorn will find out. The big weakness for the Tiges (not counting Hardwick LOL) is there is still an over reliance on Rance.

Alan Richardson calling it how it is re the one sided umpiring we continue to endure when the Eagles play in Perth.
It is something that seriously needs to be addressed.

It was interesting listening to Richardson talk about it, unfortunately as soon as you get either of the Scott brothers involved it loses a bit of purposes as they could both Whinge for Australia.

He was shit canning Collingwood soon as they lost to the Dogs and then again on the couch now 'they're going to beat Sydney' and aren't far away. This on the back of everything he has said about Buckley now loves him. I'm suggesting Eddie or someone from Collingwood has had a word with King

Simple stat on Buckley is the last 3 years have been 12th 12th and 11th.

Facts are if it wasn't Buckley and he wasn't at Collingwood he'd be gone. I guess while Eddie is there he is safe

It was a discussion point. Dont forget they arent paid to agree with each other.

I thought the stat later on in the segment was awesome

50% of 100 game players, and 70% of 200 game players were selected in the top 20 in the draft. So you really are giving up a lot when you trade away a first round pick

Good observation, from the clubs' perspective.

However, from the player's perspective it means that if you're not taken early on in the draft you're probably not going to make it at the top level.

depends on what "making it" means.
