Ed wouldn't have anything to do with that would he....

Yes, he controls Channel 7, Channel 10 and Sky News.
He is an all-powerful deity.
Watch out, he will smite you down.

And Bootsma...puhlease.

DW you know as well as anyone the world of the AFL media and the wider industry as a whole - the cult of stardom.

I agree, He doesn't control channels 7, 10 or sky but he has lots of influence behind the scenes and in the AFL.

Don't tell me he hasn't been working behind the scenes to keep this on the down low.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Of course he is. He's laughing and trying to think how he can get Adam Goodes into a gag about it.

Of course he's been trying to keep it on the down low, I'd expect him to. As I'd expect every club president to. Do you think he shouldn't be?
Eddie's not the only powerful football president.

You'd think that senior players wouldn't make this kind of balls-up.

A hard decision to make, but stiff penalties are necessary.

But we do know whose joke it is - and someone has become a bit of a Facebook legend for it!
