Looks like relying on Harry to tear Rance apart again. Bit of a worry especially with Hawk playing up the ground more these days.

Menzel played his last game for Geelong?

Was rumors months ago of him going to Port next year. Who knows if he will, but you'd think he's leaving Kadinia Park.

Just quietly is it just me or did Sarah Jones look outstanding tonight?

No need to be quiet about it. Even though she didn't need it, but a wonderful freshen up for the finals.

How good was Kyle hartigan tonight. Didn't get beaten one on one. Only mistake he made was punching back into the corridor when the game was cooked.

Had an excellent game

Hopefully not, it might be a match up issue but yeah I'm 95% confident he will be in SA next year. Torn being a Geelong fan and a relative. :(
He has reasons to come home and I'm sure this move was in the works months ago, can't say much more and I'm sure most will understand why.

Not sure he fits into the crows side at the moment now that McGovern has signed. So that leaves port, who could definitely use him

Yeah I'm very confident he will be at the Power, a few things changed some months ago.
He will be great for the Power too.
Geezus, they'll have to be my second team next year! :?

Almost want GWS to win next week to see the Fox crew talk about how they were always gonna win it .. All season the that crew have written off a team after a loss, then anointed them after a win, rinse and repeat.

Wow, just saw the Crows stare down at the national anthem, was almost more intimidating than the Haka! Loved it. :D

Sunrise sport lead story about Buddy needing one goal to be fifth on total finals goals. No mention of the game kast night. Classic Koch.

Pretty happy to be playing them next weekend should we get the W tomorrow night. Taking nothing away from the Crows, but gee besides the first 5 minutes of the 1st and 3rd quarter, they were dreadful GWS. Watched the game at a mates place and Triple M were tearing right into them on the way home. Presuming they lose Kelly as expected who was their best by a mile last night, puts them in a bit of a hole as their midfield isn't as good as what it looks on paper. Not sure how much longer Leon Cameron last's beyond this season

Terriblly one sided game last night.

Random offerings;

I'm just glad we had the week off to prepare ourselves for that tripe. Dunno whether GWS prepared themselves so well during the week off.

I'm surprised the Giants re-signed Leon Cameron so quickly.

I'm also surprised to see the media still beat up the 'top 10 draft picks' must equal success mantra. 'Top 10 draft picks' are overrated. They can't win games themselves, it takes a good game plan and getting the right players using draft picks from 20-50 to make a good/great side. I'd take Adelaide's list over GWS's.

Hoping for a Tiggy win tonight. This would make Geelong the likely opponent for the POSA's in the Prelim. I can see the Cats giving the POSA's more grief than Richmond.
