Pies kept kicking to a 1 on 2 contest in those final 10 minutes. Either poor coaching or dumb decision making. Had their chances to win it.

Port 9-1-18 in 2nd half quarters this year, and just holding on again tonight, where has the fitness gone?

Lack of final quarter composure that has been the signature of our last three losses. Probably understandable for a bunch of kids, but shithouse all the same.

That would have been a great prediction considering my comment was made at the beginning of the third quarter. As a neutral watching the game, Port had far better run with the umpires.

Ummmm just cos you may win tomorrow night doesnt mean you have ability as you are playing a club who has been horrible this season....

and im more confident tomorrow night than I was goin into the previous encounter at Kardinia pk.

ill be at the neighbors getting hammered so will record the match to view on sunday.

Bartel just the 21 touches with 3 goals

big Simpson to just cream it in the rucks

Hawkins to have a blinder with a big bag of 8 on the back of his new contract from CHF

stevie j to perform the worst academy award winning dive that makes Thomas look loke a hard ball winner

I've not kicked a new Sherrin for a while, so ammo blokes out there let me know.

Old red footy's would end up almost brown and heavy when wet, old yellow footy's would just be slippery and over time when they scuffed at the points actually be better to mark on the wet than red balls.

Do the new yellow Sherrins have a super gloss/sheen on them? I think it's two fold, players don't play that often in the wet and I'd think they would head indoors to avoid training in the wet, while the footys seem "shinier" or more "waxy" than before.
