Just listened. Love it.
You get the good and the bad with Rowey with his passion and that is top shelf.

100% he is, but he's a proud Dad peanut and we'd be exactly the same.

Reckon it would have been better for him to go to Carlton or Bulldogs who were interested and get away from the Crows. Has not ended well for Jarman and Edwards, feel the same thing will happen here. And the old man is ultra compromised with his media comments on Crows even more now!

There's one massive difference, Rowe can play.

Whilst Stephen was a very good sanfl player he never really made it at the crows.
Jarman and Edwards on the other hand are legends of the club.

Rowey had some pretty good players in his position to dislodge. He certainly was good enough for AFL.

Jury still out on that one for me, not convinced he will make it at the next level.

Have to hand it to Rowey, anytime anyone has tried to talk about Jimmy this year he has shut it down, did not want to add any pressure on him and just let him get onto being the best he could. It would have been much easier to be the proud Dad and talk about his progress all year.

Im still shaking my head about Brayden Cook, good on the lad and I hope he goes really well, but its a very very speculative pick IMO.

Hope your doubt on Cook is incorrect. Crows gave up Picks 27 and future 3rd to move up 2 spots. I fancied O'Driscoll or Poulter in that spot personally.

I like the Rowe pick. He finds the ball and can hit the scoreboard and well. I think it's a good one for the crows.

I can't stand Rowey on the radio at times, but I did enjoy this when his son got drafted. It was a nice story.

I reckon I'd pick Rowe ahead of Jones and Murphy right now. Least he knows how to find it and kick a goal. The other two may develop into chips one day.

Jones has one more crack at it in 2021 before being delisted IMO. They need to play him through the middle though. Give him a go and find out.

Murphy is a KPP is a midgets body and stupidly we play to him that way too...the amount of times we kick it to him for a contested mark makes me spew. Think better players go ahead of him (hopefully)

Going well then?

Yesterday afternoon :

Emerging Adelaide player Josh Worrell was stopped by police while driving in Adelaide’s western suburbs on Sunday morning.

Worrell, who holds a probationary driver’s licence, will be issued with an expiation notice for using his mobile phone while driving, as well as having a low level prescribed concentration of alcohol in his blood (0.056).

He had stayed overnight at a team mate’s house before driving home this morning. He was stopped by police at approximately 9am.

Crows Head of Football Adam Kelly said while it was a police matter, the Club would consider enforcing its own sanction.

“Josh is disappointed and rightfully so as this behaviour is clearly a breach of our standards and those of the community,” Kelly said.

Now, this morning :

Adelaide is aware of an off-field matter involving young forward Tyson Stengle who has been stood down from all club duties effective immediately as the Club ascertains all relevant details on the situation.

The Club is working closely with the AFL and AFL Players Association, as well as Stengle’s management in relation to this matter.

While the Club acknowledges there will be significant media and public interest, it is not in a position to make further comment at this stage. More information will be provided as soon as possible.
