Who would keep Chaplain out of the Carlton side? They are a potato farm down back.

Wonder if mick malthouse can bring in some old fashioned hard nosed footy. clearly blues boys are a bit precious. Micks no nonsense old skool approach will work wonders for some, but others will be asking for mid season trades!

Thats not bad.

Saints got pick 13 for goddard.

Cows got nothing for knights.

What do you mean they got nothing? Him leaving would have to be a positive.

I hope Carlton go after Josh Toy. I thought he looked like a player when GC played in the NAB cup a couple of years ago. Get away from the spud farm of the GC and to a promising team in Carlton and he could become a handy back / mid.

Finally another trade, Port is doing a deal with GWS for Jack Hombsch, originally from Sturt, to Power in exchange for pick 29.

I heard a rumour that Port are looking at trading Jacobs to St Kilda for Dal Santo and a draft pick. I heard it from some guys at work, but dont know how true it is. I cant find anything about it anywhere.

Anyone else heard anything like this? Would be a good deal for Port if true.
