BUT
a player who ADMITS on national tv to taken a banned substance cant be suspended by the AFL.
Your also saying they cant come out and talk about the Watson scenario yet can come out and make comments on the Milne case.
They banned Cousins despite him not actually been found guilty of drug charges yet cant touch a bloke who admits use of performance enhancing drugs.
Kickinit i think the AFL's bright lights have gone to your head, you the biggest AFL yes man fan boy that i have ever read or meet.
Is Andy D a relation of yours.
He can't be suspended by the AFL if ASADA haven't charged him with anything. Yes he has admitted to taking a substance which according to WADA is a banned substance, but until they actually hand out that infringement notice the AFL can't do anything. This is how any sport that follows ASADA code works, it's not just the AFL.
I don't know if you have actually heard what the AFL have said but they came and said milne is welcome back when st kilda think he's ready to play, they the AFL haven't put any ban on him, and even said innocent until proven guilty.
Cousins is a different situation. Cousins actually had grounds to sue the AFL for that did because he never tested positive to anything. Me personally think it was his family that made him try to get his life back in order rather then trying to go against the AFL.
Even though watson has come out said what he did it goes a lot deeper then that. Your talking about a entire club and not just the players. This investigation is that big it even had a ACC investigation. Basically if they suspended watson right now he could go away until his hearing and not have to talk to ASADA, how much good is that going to do to their investigation.
And to just inform you I don't agree with it. I personally think the entire essendon football club should be suspended instantly. But the AFL follow a world wide code and when you follow that code you have to abide by their rules, which the AFL are doing.
