Anyway Watson followed up by asking the doc if its okay, they said yes. This is following afl rules so he has done what he has to do. If the AFL's rules are over ruled by higher authorities and blokes are fined or suspended as it is being investigated by fed's then this surely leaves the AFL wide open to liegal action..... Could also be the reason the AFL are being so quiet

If the AFL stripped Essendon of their points and Their score and awarded the points and changed the against score the table after last weekend would look like this.

Basically they have forfeited the game happens in SAAFL and other football codes around the country why not here.

When you are stripped of your points they are awarded to the opposition as well as the win and your score is cancelled.

Also, I'm not sure if this has been asked, but IF ess are found guilty of the numerous allegations, would the AFL step in and take away the ANZAC day and Dreamtime matches from them?

In the NRL when the Storm got done it was similar, the teams that have beaten Essendon keep their points, those that lost receive nothing.

I think thats what Essendon and the AFL want. Some how I think ASADA want Dank to speak, which by the sounds of it aint going to happen.

couldn't agree more. Doesn't really matter if it's performance enhancing or not it's a banned substance. There is supplements that are performance enhancing that are legal by WADA code.

They have been guilty as sin since the start of the year. If there was nothing to hide, the whole melodrama would've been over long ago. Problem is the only one with the balls to say something honest about it was Jobe Watson and he basically got told to shut up.

Now I think of it he's just put another nail in the coffin of Essendon. If it has no performance enhancing qualities then either there is evidence to prove it does nothing (which you then ask why did you take it) or they where trailing it to see what it can do, which is a no no for any athlete according to WADA code.
