It's because the series is not officialy AFL sanctioned according to SEN this morning

It is AFL sanction because those games count to AFL life membership. The likelihood he will pull out before the game with an injury!

It doesn't matter if it is a AFL sanctioned game or not. It has to be a game that is under ASADA or WADA doping rules. Which I would suggest more then likely isn't.

I agree on that, as I said I dont think the photo aids the case

He would of come out a long time ago if he had evidence to prove his and the clubs innocents. By Dank hiding from facing the music has just proven he and the club is guilty. If the are so "innocent" like they said they are then this would of all been over with a long time ago.

You just couldnt make this crap up, seems like ASADA's key witness is now going to help the players get off, what a friggin circus.
The media are milking this saga for all its worth, now the bulk of them have changed their tune and reckon players will get let off.
What a load of crap, there is no way players are getting let off and hopefully WADA step in if the AFL are too gutless to give them a good whack

After reading our financial report for this year its great to have some good news.
Recorded a profit of $720k despite paying out over $1m in fines and lawyers bills. Also had a footy department expenditure $400k more than last year. Was also able to plough $1.7m into the training facility. Membership was signed off at 60,716 this year and the increased membership netted an extra $660k this year.
Clubs Assets currently stand at $38.4m, just need some good onfield news now

Definately have hurt the club, still have another $1.6m to pay the AFL plus court costs. The Tullamarine training facility was meant to be paid off in 5 years, will probably be closer to 10 years now. Then you add the draft sanctions which the effects will be felt for years. One thing the saga has done is rally people behind the club, record memberships last year and aiming for 65k this year which would be amazing considering the price. Mine is up over $900 this year. Donations to the club at a all time record aswell

Thats a massive effort from the Bombers. The whole club community has hung fat during a shocking time and they'll come out of this saga alright.

Mate, the draft sanctions were a joke. Thats 2 maybe 3 players you missed out on. Whilst not great I think you will be ok in this regard.

Not sure how it compares to Ports.
Im a Silver member which is $905 in 2015, gets me a seat at every H&A game Essendon plays in Melbourne, which is 18 this year I think. Guaranteed seat at ANZAC Day game, also entry before games to the Lindsay Hassett room and bar at the MCG and Victory Room and Bar at Etihad. Premium seating at the games, gets the normal membership stuff like caps, scarf etc, free admission to home VFL games, membership of the Melton Country Club Golf Course and the Windy Hill Gym/Pool etc. basically stuff I dont use

Would be interesting to see what their costs of memberships are and what they get.
Our memberships sales were about $12m which averages about $180 per member.
