But yesterday "Senior foxfooty.com.au senior reporter Tom Morris believes Adelaide Crows free agent Matt Crouch is “insulted” by the club’s two-year contract offer"

Whether true or made up Tom Morris enjoys being negative towards AFC. Gets a reaction from supporters which in turn makes himself feel important

His Manager shopped him around but was no interest, had to just settle with signing on with Crows.

Minus the 14 that had zero interest in him
I think he probably dipped his toes in the market but didn’t have many suitors

I reckon he's gets alot unwarranted crap. He wins the footy at the contest, he just has average foot skills. So as you said, don't let him kick it, get him some support, get the runners supporting him.

Massive coup.

What do you do with Sloane? 2 years to run on a deal and there's no spot in the midfield for him.

Laird, Keays, Schoenberg, Seedsman, Milera, Sholl, even Hately has to get games ahead of him.

Hasn't Sloane had a fall from grace. One of my favourite players but he is a shell of himself and agree that he is just about done. He has had his fair share of injuries but didn't think he'd go downhill in such quick fashion. Would be a shame to see him finish his career in the Crows reserves. Maybe the Crows could offer him a coaching or development role in the last year of his contract?
So you've seen everything have you?
Yep

No
Well you haven't seen everything then have you.

I reckon he's a spud, but, Sloane isn't the future and they brought Hateley in to play in the midfield so they have to give him a go, surely?

The games that I've watched you're 100% correct, he's a spud.
Couldn't get a kick in a street fight.
That may turn out to be pretty harsh.
