I don't want eagles to finish 9th.
Coz if 9th plays finals they will get flogged first final.

Correct
If proven guilty the players wont escape penalty
Its up to ASADA to find us guilty, so far only 1 player has admitted to using a banned drug.
There still has not been 1 positive test even though the players were tested weekly.

If you are banned you aren't allowed to train with the team during the ban. Will be interesting to see if the ban is handed down during the off-season and they will all be available round 1 albeit not having trained together.

I remember hearing that a positive test is one of 7 ways which an athlete can be found guilty

Not according to a Bomber supporting mate of mine. According to him, the only people to bring the game in to disrepute during this are the media.

Yeah its funny how their supporters have well and truely got their head in the sand on this and the golden haired boy Jimmy Hird wouldnt do anything wrong

SP mine was a slight dig a Jimbo who had the flaming pitch fork out at all crows supporters when we were in the sh*zenhouse..... play on! but in all seriousness every single Essendon supporter i know is refusing to entertain the thought that they have done something wrong. Jim is the first I have seen say they have stuffed up, but he still wont say they are drug cheats ;)

FS I will admit we are drug cheats if the ASADA report says we are.
Until then most of it is just media beat up and rumours
At the very least we are guilty of stupidity

 that sounds very much similar to AFC mate, very stupid indeed, didnt pay any money over and above but ew ut ourselves in the situation to damage the club and open the club up to ridicule.

One thing with the ASADA report though is that they may not be able to prove the use of the substances on the majority of players, but with one player admitting it was used (jobe) suggests wider use most probably occured and doesnt necessarily dispell the smear of being drug cheats.

Hearing rumours that the report has been released.
The Victorian goverment, AFL and Essendon have received their copies.
If true we now have 2 weeks to respond to any allegations.
Another media outlet is claiming the AFL has set aside $4m for Essendon to assist in any legal costs.
Things could be about to get nasty.

Allegations... .... How the **** can it take 7 months to arrange some allegations?

If the report isn't as simple matter of black and white (or red) then what have they been doing?
