Think that the tribunal system is in worse shape now than what it was when it was revamped 18 months ago.
e.g. Inconsistency in Pickett decisions
Vandenberg getting 4 weeks for the incident with Robertson was ridiculous. Even allowing for his past record, should have been 1 game, 2 tops.
Stephen Powell not even getting cited for striking for his strike on a Carlton player last Sunday.
Several other examples, too numerous to mention all.

During the off season the AFL has made amendments to the grading criteria, so comparing charges from this season to last season is pointless....
In regards to Richie Vandenberg, honestly I have no sympathy for the lad, your right 4 weeks seem harsh but maybe he got two just for stupidity
Bottom line is if you throw your elbows around at someone else's throat your going to get games, his actions were very disappointing, especially from a captain of a young side

As a Hawks supporter I think that 4 weeks is severe, but agree totally with Sydney Dog - Why would you put yourself and the club in this situation, shows NO leadership
