Can anyone answer the question "did alastair clarkson get sacked as the Hawks coach last night" i thought i heard something on 5AA this morning, but did not get the whole story?? thanks in advance

Would make two Hawks coaches to get the chop in as many years if that's the case.

and A Clarkson appointed as coach for next two years.. sheesh did I get it wrong or what!! I m sure pilkington said "you'd want to be looking in the paper for job ads alastair".... but then nothing would surprise

In your defence Lunch, every news report I saw did put a slant on the meeting, suggesting that Clarkson's head was on the chopping block.

Hawthorn (read Kennett) do not want to give Clarkson a two year extension.
Not a vote of confidence if you want someone to lead a young team.
I never voted for the turd when he was premier and am as glad as hell
he's not the president of my club.
