JARS has had a swipe at the MELBOURNE footy club
They have lost only once in the next 2 months!!!!!!!

JARS has had a swipe at the PORT ADELAIDE footy club
They have won 4 in a row !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can JARS please please criticise ST KILDA next !!!!!!

On a serious note though and I didn't read the article but after round 3 everyone was saying that Byron Pickett was overweight and that Melbourne lack those 'hard nut' type players but they've turned it around and everyone loves Pickett now.

Agreed, I can't believe the amount of Port supporters that go on about it.
He's told to write that tripe and even if he wasn't he couldn't lose.
He abuses a club and then when that club turns it around he claims that he fired them up.
He abuses a club and if they don't turn it around he claims he's right.

Jar's collumns a couple of years ago were what he wanted to write but the Advertiser weren't interested in continued coverage (and positive coverage) of the SANFL.

He actually played well. If you check the stats I think you'll find he played okay he just had a few :roll:

passengers to carry as well.

He is a supercoach so far.
North were perennial cellar dwellers for many years.
Hart and McDermott failed at the club.
Jars has taken them from the bottom to ladder leaders in a space
of 2 years so he has done a great job.
Calling him a supercoach maybe a premature anology but he
has done a super job to reserrect the club, something his former
team mates Hart and Mc dermott failed to do.

As for his advertiser column....needs to take care.
