We'd much rather watch Better Homes and Gardens mate. South Australian football might be a joke at the moment but we have the best gardens in the country.

Free to Air really need to look at the great job that SBS has done with the World Cup.

Regardless whether you like Soccer or not, check out the DUAL Broadcast when they show simultaneous games.

You'd think the "Big Guns" would work it out.

That's the bit that's got me stumped. We can get World Cup soccer from across the globe live, we can get cricket live from England, we can get live Wimbledon from England and live MLB from the US, but we can't get anything from Melbourne live on a Friday night. Channel 7 IS a joke and I just will not watch FNF until it's changed.

The only way it will change is if ratings drop, so my (silent) protest is to boycott them.

Worse, I reckon last night they showed to espisodes of Home and Away, which they do when showing Port or Crows away Friday night games live. So had a glimmer of hope they were going to show it live tonight, but no, more Home and Away.

After alot closer watch of Varcoe, he is improving at a rapid rate, and if wasn't overshadowed by the Selwoods, Abletts, Bartels, he would be pushing toward elite midfielder.

He was terrible tonight.

Agree though, he has plenty of potential.

I gotta thank C7 as because of the delayed telecast I didn't watch any of it tonight thankfully! lol

Good effort by St Kilda, the way they've fought back after getting some bad results when first losing Riewoldt shows they'll be around the mark again.

A good win to the saints tonight. But the umpiring is still baffling to me. Wojo was going after the ball and so was the saints player and head high free kick to the saints but both players were going for the ball. Also Leigh Montagna twice put his face into cats players and managed to get two 50m penalties to the saints. Normally the kick would be reversed to the player who he got into. The umpiring needs to improve for this game to forward. But the umpires missed free kicks to both sides and what was holding the ball a week ago wasn't called this week.
St. Kilda played excellent football last night and kept the cats goalless for a half.
