Crows name Sarge in starting 18 and Knights and Douglas on extended interchange bench, Bassett named

Hamill back for the Saints with no preperation and no footy at VFL level, must be considered a huge risk

Davis back for Sydney

Pickett back for Melb and Nietz may miss

Buckley out for the Pies and Tarrant considers himself as possible trade bait

Everitt in strife with the Hawks for doing a gig
on foxfooty without the clubs permission, has
he played his last game for the Hawks ?

Neitz may miss Syd? Didn't know about that. Hope it's true btw, then we can put scarlo on Robbo.

There was also something about Spider and drawing a raffle which he won?

I think Spider and Hawthorn started to part company when he wanted to go to the Swans at the end of last year.

Why the Hawks would want Gardiner is beyond me because they have picked up old ruckment in Rehn and Spider who have only been able to give a year or twos service before leaving.

I was at a footy function today and the talk was a three way trade deat, Gardiner to the Hawks, Spider to Sydney and Nick Davis to Eagles
