The Essendon Football Club haw called an emergency press conference at 2.45pm this afternoon, and it's thought to be something quite serious. Hopefully the injury to Jobe Watson yesterday isn't worse than they first thought

I think we will be in serious crap, already the bookies have suspended us from wooden spoon betting and ive just spoken to guys in Melbourne who have heard a 3 year ban mentioned.
Did hear whispers during the year that players were asked to sign a medical waiver and only Watson and Fletcher refused to partake.
Thought it was just rumours at the time but there were reports of a couple of players passing out in the club gym, i had just put it down to hard work but maybe there is more to it.
No wonder Dank was sacked
