disgrace. bit harsh of a ban...
so he accidently takes something and get 18 months, gee when/if they start handing out infraction notices to the bombers who willingly took banned drugs, there penalty MUST be more then Saads...

Think your missing the point.
No Essendon player has ever returned a positive test. If they do then they too will deservedly cop a 2 year ban. Id be surprised if anything more than 6-12 months will be dished out unless they have suddenly uncovered some new info

Not like they targeted the drugs the Essendon players took.

Quite possibly.
My understanding is that Saad copped it bad because he actually tested positive on competition day and that carries the max penalty.
