Your tackling coach is going to be racking up the overtime now...

No need to be like that, I’m sure North will land someone soon. Even Darcy Lang chose Carlton over North :)

Lol, I know where we’re at, you blokes are patting yourselves on the back for signing up three blokes that barely have a defensive bone between them.

True but all 3 make us better.
We will score plenty next year but still have major concerns over our midfield

I thought you were talking about Port and their 3 new players. ;)
Similar defensive pressure as the 3 mentioned here.

im actually serious.

North has zero going for it except ben brown. Higgins is a good player but i wouldnt take him over any of the other three mentioned.

none of them are stars of the competition though. Unless goldy can recapture his form of a few years ago.

Tarrant Cunnington and Ziebell are good players, no doubt. But they arent elite

Correct but as per discussion we're comparing them to the 3 ESS inclusions who have hardly set the world on fire on a consistent level

True, they have all been pretty inconsistent. But all have huge upside. Ziebell is very good, regularly does well against the crows, but he has already reached his peak and you know what you are gonna get.

All three of essendon's recruits could be all australians in the next 3 years. they could also be frustrating as hell but i would roll that dice for sure

I see Heath Hocking is staying on at the club to play in the VFL side, wants to help the younger ones coming thru.
