Mitchell, Moore and Young are the three that always come in any time theres a change in the Power line up that week, and none of them have shown they can cut it at that level. Mitchell generally good at SANFL level, but was horrible yesterday. Moore went missing again when we needed him. Young has also had plenty of chances but has failed to demand a spot in our A grade. Willing to give the Hoon another year as he is getting over his ACL, but if his disposal stays as bad as it is, he is just another Mitchell.

Sammy has now got Impey, Krakouer and to a lesser extent Pittard and Broadbent to dislodge across half back/back pocket.

He's a long way back in the order IMO and with the likely loss of at least a first round pick this year we need to keep the list turning over and a suitable trade for him would be attractive, I think.

What sort of player would you look for in a trade? You won't get much so it will be about satisfying the depth on your list, a bit like how the crows got Jenkins from the Essendon rookie list a while ago.

I reckon a ball carrying midfielder would be your prime target - although Sam Gray showed he could do that too.

Agreed, probably outside mid.

White is 28 and Polec has an uncertain future ahead of him. Sam Gray is more of an inside mid, he's not got the turn of speed that a White (not many do) or Polec has.

Inside with Wines, Hartlett, Gray and Boak we're ok for some time.

The Power have made 8 changes to their list following the end of the 2015 season.

Cornes and Logan retired while Redden, Shaw, Harvey, Russell, Wagner and Flynn all de-listed

Wonder if Foxtel will bother with "The Recruit" again, Wagner didn't really work out.

Redden hasn't been the same since that injury unfortunately. Mitchell and Butcher survive this cut.

Logan Absolute guy inspirational
P.Stewart just hanging in surely he is lucky looks for the easy kick too much never use to be like that

yep.

I did notice that the stipulation this time around is that you havent been on an AFL list, unlike season 1 where it was AFL + second tier

Reckon you will get more 21 year olds who were great draft prospects that just didnt have their head screwed on but are either playing league footy or close to it

He made $7,200 from his season. Perhaps he considers it a success.

This appointment rivals the Primus one as our worst mistake ever. I can't believe Port would be seduced by his cr*p. I can only hope another AFL club offers him a senior appointment very soon, but that won't ever happen. I can't stand the guy. I was hoping Port might bounce back next year, now I'm extremely pessimistic about our chances.

His record is pretty handy though despite being a knob.

Yes, in the SANFL as head coach. What's his record like as an assistant working under a decent head coach?
