Yeah, the clutching at the hamstring in front of the media must have been a cover.

Just when we found out who he was....

SYDNEY'S tall stocks have taken another hit with ruckman Sam Naismith in doubt for Saturday's clash against Essendon.

"Naismith's a little bit tight in his hamstring, so we will see how the week pans out," Longmire said in his weekly cure for insomnia conference.

Longmire on Sam Naismith : He’s missed 2 years of footy, plays Round 1, had the break, lost his sister during the break and then comes back and does his knee.

Good luck to the bloke, had a real rough period.

On a personal basis he has had a very bad run.

Luckily for the Swans though they can just take another clubs ruckman from outside the AFL.

Naturally though they will not probably play him and nor have a competition for him to develop in and say that he is not ready to play yet. Any problems to the affected club can also be taken up with the player.

Bloody hell....pull the pin lad.

Luckless Sydney Swans premiership player Alex Johnson has suffered a suspected seventh ACL tear.

Foxfooty.com.au understands Johnson hurt his knee on Saturday training for Old Xaverians.

It is the same knee as he hurt in 2018 in what turned out to be his last game for the club.

He had previously suffered five ACL tears to the other knee.
