Thought some of your kids were good tonight. Langford, Browne and O'Brian looked good.

Yep, some promise in those kids and a few more in the ressies. Need to get as much time as possible into them.
Was good to see Cooney and Chapman not being brought in and playing in the two's today

Whilst I agree with that Jimbo and it's a great thing your thinking long term but, if them 2 play tonight you win.

Doubt it, we were getting thumped with them playing. Langford, O'Brien and Laverde offered far more tonight than what Cooney and Chapman have this year.
At the end of the day it is all about the future, wins this year are worthless

What an arrogant f**k James Hird is, nice press conference. Couldn't happen to a bigger f**k wit.

I hope Essendon piss him off and move forward.

That essendon were unlucky and that Ryder was a bit lucky with the goals he got.

Which to a point is true. 2 goals that Ryder kicked involved a bit of luck. But Essendon hurt themselves with poor goal kicking so I guess the unlucky bit lands with themselves a bit more.

Gee the Bulldogs play attractive footy, great to watch.

Two simple things will fix the look of the game.
1. Get all Roos clones out of the coaching box
2. Get Clarkson clones in

Let that be a lesson to you Sturt. You don't beat Glenelg 3 times in a row in Grand Finals and get away with it.

It is funny how the 3 Brownlow medallists and star players of their era are shit coaches. Voss, Hird and Buckley are all average, shows that favoured sons going back and coaching at their old clubs isnt always good.
Buckley still has another 2 years of contract?
Hird probably 50/50 as to if he sees out his contract, dont think we will make a move until the saga has ran its course and then we will start fresh

Has done a good job with the kids but was in a similar position last year and crashed and looks like happening again this year. Would have to make finals next year id think but as long as Eddie is there Buckley is safe ;)
