Can you all, well two of you, please stop picking Carlton...

It goes against my belief in "The Mockers"

I give the Bombers a huge hope this week against the bluebaggers

The Blues coming back from WA, a big win on the road, just may get a little complacent against a side who got smashed....

You know Essendon will be fresh after having the week off...

Blues by 5-6 goals.
Think we will rest a couple of players and tinker with selections a bit. Carlton would have to have a off day to drop this one

Totally agree, theres nothing surer than an Essendon win, loving the $3+
If Melbourne got ahead of themselves when they played Essendon, Carlton surely will

Or perhaps Hawks to drop a game, scrapped home in the last 3, with or without ump assistance (if you are that way inclined). GWS beat the Hawks early on last season, wouldn't surprise if it happened again..

I'm leaning towards a statement game by Hawks and they will pump them by 60pts

I'm liking GWS because of the way they make it tough to score..not much room for smaller forwards to perform their magic. The rebound very hard out of the defensive 50 as well and they put good pressure on. I believe you need to do all of these things to beat Hawthorn and the Giants do them well. I reckon they are a pretty good side this year.

Gold Coast are shit, plus they're missing 5-6 from their starting 18.
They couldn't beat Geelong if they started now.

....plus Ablett still clearly not back to his best which will probably allow Guthrie to nullify him.

And the Giants are very quick with ball movement.
