Interesting that it has now been revealed that he was in tears after Noble addressed the players in Brisbane

Where was that reported?

Leaked by the club ;)

The leak from the club was that he was close to tears. I'll just call bullshit on it and move on, sort of.

Maybe the context of the tears aren't what they seem

Whoops, there goes another year. Whoops, there goes another pint of beer.

Wonder if North will throw in Polec as part of any deal....
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Both pretty bang average but at zero cost draft wise it’s not bad for North

I personally think they’re both good gets for North. Logue is a seriously underrated lockdown defender. He actually defends unlike the modern day defender!

The amusing thing from a neutral vantage point is that the local media are quick to forget the plight a local club here had.
But no mention of them shutting the doors or relocating them etc.
Just seems like saying relocation is just an easy kick em while they're down.

Probably played to his true potential in 3 years of his 12 on an AFL list. His last 2 at Port were good and his first at North handy.

Brisbane took him at pick 5 in 2011.

Port gave up 14 and 34 for him and 45 in 2013.

North gave up pick 11 for him and Pittard and cost North +/- $83,000 per game ( $3.5m / 42 games ).

Wasn't he over valued by 3 clubs?

It was 2009 or 2010.

He played very well as a youngster in the SANFL. I definitely expected him to have a bigger career.
