Got to say I got North Melbourne wrong, long season still ahead but I didn’t think they would win 3 games for the season let alone by round 5

Amazing how quickly things can change in footy ... North with their reported war chest would be looking far more appealing to free agents now one would think.

Not suggesting they'll go anywhere near as far, but there's some shades of Richmond 17' about what the club is doing.

And/or Sloane. North might pay slightly overs to show their supporter-base they can land decent fish, meaning Sloane could jag a nice retirement fund at a club with plenty of promising younger aged players.
