Was averaging over 20 touches and 3 goals a game at VFL level so was next cab of the rank but he looks lost out there tonight

So does Hawkins but they pick him every week.

There's only room for one spud in our forward line, not two

Spot the difference...

Bruce into Cyril
WUB into Mills

Difference is I will admit it :)

Shattered. Drunk. Shattered. We get to watch Hawthorn beat Sydney in the Grand Final. Time for another drink.

How is the season not gone?
We can't win the premiership. We have a poor 2nd tier of players who are far too inconsistent.
We are a middle if the road side

Our game plan looks like Mick Malt house at Collingwood.
possession based boundary line bollocks

I'd much prefer we spend preseason on skills and play a more direct, up the guts style.

Much easier to watch losing when playing an attractive style.

I think we can still win the flag for sure. Our best footy is equal to if not better than most of the teams. We will not do this with mitch clarke in the team though. Maybe give motlop a rest too. Dropping him could be the wake up call he needs. Season definitely not over for the cats. I'm still backing them in for the big dance.

Still a long way to go mate, don't be a negative Nancy and write your boys off just yet. Maybe take a leaf out of Bum Cracks book? What he said is spot on.

I didn't think we would lose another game heading into St Kilda and we've lost 2. 2 matches that we should have won.
Gonna be hard to stay in top 4 now.

Swans would have benefitted from the finals like game they played the week before. Cats coming off a spell would have needed the run. They have some areas to sort out for sure, but there's still plenty of time for that.

Think you have to give Clark another couple of weeks to adjust to the tempo, maybe look at it after the Crows game

Giants looking very sharp. Collingwood not playing badly but Giants are pretty awesome. They do over posses the ball in the back line though. Not sure if that will hold up in September.

The lads in the high vis vests need to lift

Reflecting on last nights game. Geelong can still be a force this season. They just need the services of a mega experienced half forward. The sort of player who can lead the way up forward for the younger guys, pinch hit in the midfield..... then bob up and kick a miracle goal. A real Stevie J type! :)

Its horrible that Geelong find themselves in this form slump, was really hoping they'd be there on the day we make history.
Hope we learn a lesson from their mistakes and keep our older guys, reckon its a media beat up anyway, they are all in great form, and no doubt they would play on for peanuts so whats the problem
