So here is the latest of what i have heard, no doubt will be completely wrong.

Lever- GONE
Mcgovern - GONE
Cameron - GONE
i understand the top 3 have been talked about so nothing new.

BUT

And i really hope this information is incorrect but Rory Sloane will not be a crow in season 2019,
apparently his partner his been offered a T.V job back in Victoria, And he will be joining her.

If that's all true, particularly the last part, then surely the Crows would have the $$ to heavily back-end a deal or 2 for the other 3?

Gees, it's not even the end of 2017 and the rumours for 2019 have started!
Has your "Source" been right before?
Journo's still think McGovern has signed a 2 year deal...
Cameron might be gone in 2019 but look forward to watching him in Crows colours next season!

Didn't Sloane just sign a contract extension to end of 2021 when Walker did? Or was that only speculated?

Wouldn't surprise me. If he's sore he won't play.

There was some interesting discussion on 360 about this game with dal santo and Gibson. They were basically saying that both teams, but the crows in particular, won't be going all out to win.

Obviously they will still be trying, they weren't taking about players going half pace, but tactically you may not show all your cards. if you have a trick up your sleeve - like Sloane to half back or full forward to shake a tag or something - there is no reason to do it in this game when we have already locked up a top two spot and are very likely to play the swans at some stage in the finals.

Certainly throws up a few interesting scenarios
