Got anything original or constructive to say?

He couldn't be much more constructive, would a dynasty of ten flags in a row suit better?

Can't even trust the admins to not be trolling wankers

Come on mate, hug it out.

A good hit out for both sides. Scott still hasn't learnt a thing for mine. Overpossessing the football and bombing it inside 50. Seen all that before. Pretty impressed with Hampton and I thought Tuohy will be good get for us. Not so sure about Black.

Really thought Geelong might have put us to the sword yesterday but good to see the young kids stand up and stake a round 1 claim. A few like Knight, Greenwood and Gallucci will be better for the run. Hard not to be impressed with Hampton, won the ball inside and out and used the ball well. Matt Crouch was impressive inside with Atkins and Cameron continuing to show improvement. Brodie Smith needs to stay at half back, has started the year off in great touch!

Harry Dear looks a likely type too. Wont get a run unless there is an injury to Jenkins or Tex, but I liked the way he went about it, seems very mobile for a big man

Played alright today. Impressed with Kelly and Greenwood today out of the kids. Menzel, lazy! but does have some ability, will only get a shot if we have injuries or we are struggling

Possible round 1 side? that last picked player at the moment of some concern.

Betts Walker Milera
Cameron Jenkins Lynch
Hampton Crouch Atkins
Smith Talia Douglas
Brown Hartigan Otten

Jacobs Laird Sloane

McGovern , McKay, Menzel, Knight/Greenwood/Wigg

What's the oil on Walkers hamstring? Adelaide aren't very forthcoming with injury information usually, nothing come out today about it?

Tex reckons he pulled up ok with "hamstring tightness" and will leave it in the hands of the medicos. Translated I don't believe we will see him round 1...

Two of Cheney, Lever and Otten will play. Dont think menzel will.
Also reckon thompson plays until B Crouch gets back on the park.

Reckon Cheney/Thompson come in for MacKay and Menzel.

edit: assuming Thompson is right for r1

always hard to know with JLT injuries. The millisecond he didnt feel 100% they would have wrapped him in cotton wool. Still got a couple of weeks to go

Cheney only played half in the ressies, Lever 0 game time and same with Thomo. IMO none play round 1 on the lack of game time. McKay has been solid and Menzel (according to Teague has done everything they wanted :D )

I did like what i saw of Greenwood played majority of Midfield and got his hands on it

Hard to pick blokes who have had no preseason games with any confidence in round 1.

I reckon they will pick a couple of them.

Maybe Kelly gets a game too then if lever or Cheney don't come up? Need another mid/tall defender down there
