As noted by others on here, can't say I've ever seen such a fumbling, two grab, drop chest mark effort from a Geelong side. The Cats skills early in the game in that regard were diabolical. Perceived pressure, who knows? Looked like the Crows would give them a 10 goal thumping at one stage. Good thing Ottens and a few others kept the Cats in the game for a while.

Ottens, Kelly, Walker and the flop were all costly mistakes. Nice win but we lacked that killer punch in the last quarter

Brad Crouch with a fractured cheekbone, someone I know who was there suggesting it may have happened in the third quarter skirmish with Dangerfield on the boundary line in front of the members. If so would be and interesting Brownlow market

I thought it may have been when Selwood (the talented one) attempted to "smother" a handball from Crouch with his fists.

I think I heard them say on the telecast it was the most free kicks paid in a match ever! I didn't really notice the umps in the first half but that certainly changed in the second half with both teams copping some head scratching calls

Cost the multi but shortened my Adel/Port Grand Final Quinny.
Just saw that Motlop is on 600k ? Really??
How Blevics & Hawkins escape the angst of the supporters over most mentioned above is puzzling.
Hey soccer you owe us 45million.

It was just a tackle with clash of heads. Cant remember the Geelong players involved. Nothing untoward

Best hand balling skills I have seen from us in 12 weeks. About time we didn't shit the bed and hit a target. Mind you some of the handballing was exceptional.

Ran out of gas after playing in Darwin last week and missed 3-4 set shots in the last that should have made it a 6-7 goal game. Take nothing away from Geelong though they came back hard.

Take the win though great effort but not buying in to the only 21 point stuff, it's funny how there were a different set of opinions from some when Geelong only beat Adelaide by 22 points in round 11 and Adelaide were shithouse as Geelong were last night.
Can you bring a man to his feet when defeat is on repeat?

Geelong isolated Taylor on Keath for the last 40 minutes of the match and it almost won them the game. Smart identifying the weakness.

Would be the worst performance in the clubs history if bombers don't get up by plenty

Led Brisbane by 27 points in the last quarter in Melbourne and with them a man down since 1/4 time!
This Essendon side is capable of the sublime and the embarrassing

Exactly the Essendon gutless performance I was talking about. Would be nice if the umps tried to hide their bias though
