AFL Round 18

Talk on the national game

Umpires have been DISGRACEFUL! Not to take anything away from the Kangaroos though, they've been very good. We have been as bad as I feared when I saw us rated the "certainties" of the round. Some insipid efforts. Hooker having a look before deciding whether to go for it the worst of them. Colyer shouldn't be in the side. I could go on!

Lucky they haven't paid everything to Brown he should've got or you'd be further behind.

The 4 they have missed on him would of been canceled out by the 15 missed to us

Yep. Would've had Hooker in the votes for worst on ground til 3/4 time, kicks 4 in the last. Credit to the Kangas, they're a whole-hearted outfit, their supporters should be very proud of what they showed today.

His antics after each goal at a kid playing his 3rd game were laughable.
He must've been so happy when Tarrant was a late withdrawal.

There was a bit more in it than that.
When Hooker missed that goal from 20m out straight in front that "kid" whacked him in the kidneys and gave him a spray and then gave him another mouthful when he missed the next sitter aswell. If you are going to dish it out you have to cop it back when kicks 4 on you in a quarter. Was just good banter between them and a bit of argy bargy

Ran out of gas after playing in Darwin last week and missed 3-4 set shots in the last that should have made it a 6-7 goal game. Take nothing away from Geelong though they came back hard.

Take the win though great effort but not buying in to the only 21 point stuff, it's funny how there were a different set of opinions from some when Geelong only beat Adelaide by 22 points in round 11 and Adelaide were shithouse as Geelong were last night.

Very frustrating last night. Cats were woeful. The quicker they **** off Motlop the better. I've always defended him but after last night he can get ******.
So you've seen everything have you?
Yep
Have you ever seen a man eat his own head?
No
Well you haven't seen everything then have you.
