Tom McDonald would be a great get IMO if you could prize him out of Melbourne

Port should have a serious crack at Lycett with Ryder's injury concerns

Not if he wants to come back to SA, but agreed the Eagles and Lycett hold all the cards now that Nic Nat is out

Confident if he went back to Victoria you guys would be the front runner Jim?

Imagine Hawks & Melb would be after him also along with the Saints & North who admit they need outside class urgently.
If you can keep your head when all around you have lost theirs, then you probably haven't understood the seriousness of the situation.

Apparently was very close to joining us last time his contract was up but in the end he felt like he owed it to West Coast to stay. Not sure we would be favourites but we have been putting a fair bit of work into him.

18 in a row at the MCG for the Mighty Tigers
The closest any team has come in this winning streak was 13 points by Hawthorn in round 3 this season

What will it take for any opposition to conquer the MCG speciallists ?
From observations you need an opposing team that can apply pressure , be highly skilled and very importantly be able to compete with Richmond in the second halfs , the only team capable of this standard , at present , is Norwood.

The best hope for someone else to win it this year is if Hawks finish 4th and somehow jag the win in the first final and it puts richmond on a course to a prelim in Perth. I dont think anyone else can beat them at the MCG. Of course this isnt going to happen because we are generally shit and will prove that today with a loss to Freo.
So yeah pretty much no chance at all that anyone else is winning it this year.

I think GWS are best equipped to give them a run on GF day

Collingwood have done OK for 3/4s against them.
Of course I'm biased but if we can get through a game without game ending injuries to key blokes early, then I think we could be better in the last 1/4.
Richmond v Collingwood gf would be massive.

I just dont see Collingwood as any kind of threat to them, infact i think if the Pies finish top 4 they will be a straight sets exit. Overuse the footy and too many butchers. I dont think youve had too many if any wins of note this year, another one benefiting from the draw of the 13th ranked team the year before.
