They'll need an in and under player to replace him.

I'll see myself out.

But still, load up on Essendon this week.

Richmond won the premiership with one key forward ( Reiwoldt, 195cm ) over Adelaide who played a forward line including Walker ( 194cm ), Jenkins ( 199cm ), Lynch ( 192cm ) and Adelaide, the best side in the home and away series the last two years have added McGovern ( 190 ) and Darcy Fogerty ( 193 ) to that forward line.
When I say "structure" I don't mean just tall blokes in key positions, rather, adequate physical capabilities on each line which match in with the game plan.

We've got a bigger bodied midfield which is a tad one paced. So we are reliant on winning as many ruck taps as possible to bring it in close so we can garner our fair share of clearances. If an opposition ruckman can direct taps further away and give the quicker footed mids first use, we can get cut up on the outside. As per Brisbane last week. As per Essendon last year.

If we had an electric midfield and a quick pressure focused forward line then make shift ruckman might suffice. But we don't.

We need to match the demography of our side with the intended game plan.

Your captain would want to get some more possessions this week with pressure on for spots.

He's safe! ;) His first 2 weeks were back to his best.
Hoping the only reason we aren't playing Atley is because of it being at Etihad

Ridiculous call.

Was in the best few in the first two games and important in the 2nd half over Brisbane.

That couldn't be further from reality if you tried.

He looks slow and with pressure on for spots he needs to do more as captain.

Now you just worry about not losing to Essendon today.

He wouldn’t be in your top 10 quickest at the club.
Hell he’d struggle to be in your top 20 quickest these days.

I was stirring about him being dropped but he is definitely not quick these days and has looked slow at times in the first 3 games.

There is a reason he's on the half forward line now, not mid but he is definitely in the first 22 picked every week

Howard in the ruck. Essendon key forward takes a contested mark 15m out straight in front.

What's that saying about Paul and Peter?

I don't think and obviously Port don' think Frampton is up to it but I see your point. The moment we play Dixon or Howard away from position we are less effective and sometimes vulnerable

Ken seemed to indicate in his presser that he doesn’t rate the backup rucks or that they aren’t ready yet so I think you are stuck with the setup until Ryder returns.
Would think Pittard would come straight back in this week probably for McKenzie who was terrible
