I can attest to the fact that every inflammatory (eg) Nurofen and Voltaren I have had; you wouldn't crush either into a powder - it burns like hell if you forget to get a glass of water first and get through the outer shell in your mouth

Crown must off their head banning him for 2 years for Nurofen  I'd be suing them

I mean there's a slight chance he could take it in powder form, cause he can't take pills for whatever reason.
And yes best taken with food. But there wouldn't be any left over? You'd take the whole dose.

He was staying in Crown Paladium, within the Crown Complex, did he really need to take it with him?

I would've liked to have seen the footy back on Ten.

Or any network that does the 'five minute warning'.

Fox Footy will remain the home for every AFL match until the end of 2031, after the league signed a new broadcast rights deal with incumbents Foxtel and Seven.

AFL CEO Gillon McLachlan and chairman Richard Goyder confirmed the deal on Tuesday afternoon, extending the partnership which has been running for a decade.

It is the richest deal in Australian sports broadcasting history, costing $4.5 billion.

The first 15 rounds of the season will feature Thursday night games.

A new Super Saturday will see Fox Footy air every Saturday match exclusively through the opening eight rounds of the season.

Fox Footy’s own commentary team will be available on every game.

Every single AFL and AFLW home and away match, final (excluding the Grand Final) and pre-season game will be aired on Fox Footy.

Foxtel and Seven previously signed a $2.508 billion deal for the brodcast rights for six years from 2017. A revised deal then saw $946 million paid for the 2023 and 2024 seasons.

Foxtel reintroduced the Fox Footy channel heading into the 2012 season as part of a new broadcast deal which ensured every game until the Grand Final would be aired live.

The expansion of the Kayo Sports streaming service has made it even easier for footy fans to watch every game involving their team.

Network Ten/Paramount and Nine/Stan were the other major bidders for the rights.

Much prefer Monday nights over Thursday Nights......by the time we finish training its half time and then its that awkward stay and watch the rest at the club or go home and miss pretty much the entire third quarter.

Absolutely, utmost respect. I actually rate him in the media, says what lots of them don't have the guts to say - normally agree with most things, obviously there are times you do scratch you head.

Was thinking about this watching him take off on the Sunday Footy Show, he is trying to raise $200k, and when Shane Crawford did the same run for Breast Cancer he raised over $400k. Unfortunately, reason must be Shane was loved by everyone, whereas Kane seems to be hated by so many people. Hopefully people can see past this and donate as what he is doing is pretty incredible.

That first leg, 65km over 1000m of vert at sub 5min/km pace is a fair start!
I'm glad he's using some of his talents for good for once and raising important funds for charity.

Yep Im in this camp too. Think he makes a lot of good points and raises a lot of good questions, but gets dismissed by most through parochialism because he doesn't mince his words and people are easily outraged these days.
