Busy morning. Coaches and CEO sacked, players retiring.

Put your money on Freo this week. They'll roll Port.

Thank you Lord for allowing the Teague Train to takeover before Lyon was given the Lemonade and Sars...

Lyon at the Blues may have actually made me cry ugly ugly tears... and I could have seen him sliding into the role if we hadn't appointmed Teaguey...

Phew, dodged a bullet there...

Only if the Crows win by 6 goals and Hawks lose.

How crap are Essendon, that’s 3 coaching careers we have killed this year after losing to us :)

2019 has been a frustrating year as a Port supporter but geez, spare a thought for Freo supporters.

February: List looks ok, not expecting a premiership but there's some hope of finals.
March: Give the Roos an absolute schlacking and go straight to the top of the table followed by a narrow loss to the Suns up there.
April: Beat Saints at home followed by a narrow loss in the Derby as the away side, an emphatic win on the road against GWS then an expected win against the Dogs at home see's them 4-2.
May: Reallly tough month with losses to Crows (away), Richmond (home) and the Bombers (away) but round out the month to defeat highly fancied Brisbane by a point. (5-5)
June: Beating the Pies at the G has to be one of the greatest achievements in the past few years, knock off the Power at home to be 7-5 then a loss to Melbourne at the G then Carlton at home which really destroyed them as a group.
July: A thumping at the hands of West Coast then soundly defeated by the Hawks in Tassie, a point win against the Swans at home was hardly anything to write home about then they bottomed out to a belting at the hands of the Dogs on the road.
August: Stop the train, lets go and have a comfortable win against the top side Geelong to keep a slim finals hope alive, wait, we'll go lose to the Saints and shut the door. Oh, everyone is losing around us, getting belted infact so lets go and lose to an injury plagued out of form Essendon at home to really make sure our season is shagged.

As if Freo hasn't delivered enough disappointment over the years, to think I went and brought a purple guernsey a few years ago as I jumped on the bandwagon in hope to see them get their inaugural flag, I'm not sure that they'll ever win one.

Throw in the issues they had with their key off-season recruit and the season hasn't gone real well. Enigmatic side this year, some good performances (and even wins) when unexpected compounded by losses that don't read well.
