Nothing in that comment about being a gold mine for Port. Was a reply to your comment and negativity about spending $600m of taxpayers money to develop the oval, which has paid dividends to the SA economy. Take your blinkers off, nice digging though.
So it’s paid everyone involved back in spades. Apart from Port a leaseholder at the oval.
Makes perfect sense LMA.
It should of been obvious to all the moment PAFC attempted its ill fated parliamentary enquiry into the revenue out of Adelaide oval that PAFC were going broke.
Even more puzzling is sma needing to place a revenue generating hotel at Adelaide Oval when it already generates so much revenue.[/quote]I can see and hear the drum that you are heading mate, but bloody hell at some point the build of pressure on Port is going to end up opening the books of the SMA and that is something nobody wants to happen.
I know you believe you are right all the time and come across almost like you are Roy Laird at times, which had made me wonder, but what i am trying to say I believe this all ends in one place. Which actually points me to this point, Caro came out with the Port finance issues right, I just finished the most recent age podcast and she is such a Port apologist it's not funny. Tears others to shreds, but not so much Port, so I would wonder if Port are feeding here info. Why would they do this, pressure on the stadium deal which I believe is the target of all of this.
Maybe it's a wild conspiracy, but geez the whole thing seems odd at the moment.
The SANFL and the SMA just need to cover themselves and bunker down I think.
Read my reply. It is directed at you because you have double standards
