Instead of a negative slant how about they listened to their fans?

That's just plain boring mate.

The fans didn’t say remove Ollie as captain though.
He has been dumped.

One captain makes more sense but why Jonas and not Ollie?

Ollie is nearly 4 years younger than Jonas, would have thought the younger option would have been the best way to go, makes you think there is more to it.

Fair slap on the face either way.

Does whoever insisted on the 2 captains last year get off scott free?

I’m happy for everyone to jump on the Hate Port bandwagon but they tried something, didn’t work so they reverted. No big deal IMO

I think you answered your own question, Ollie is too young and his form dropped off, nip it in the bud now, regain his form and have another go in a few years.

Hartlett would have been the better option but that would have required dumping 2 captains.

16 games in two years kind of makes it hard to stake a claim for captaincy. Good to see him regain some form though.

A knee injury in between though.
If he hadn’t of got injured(bad timing) he may well of been captain now.

Who chooses the captain at Port?
Coach, Board, players, combination of all 3?

Where’s Booney?
He still in Bali?

What’s his thoughts on one captain and in particular it being Jonas?

Surely Port wouldn't make an announcement of this type with Booney out of the country?

I’m sure he was consulted before he flew out.

He's off trying to sign Bintang up as a sponsor, I'm pretty sure he deserves to have shares in them by now.

Scrap the China experiment and play in Bali instead.
They’ll get more there than at AO.

Couldn’t agree more, what an unnecessary drama it’s turned into
