^ True, that explains why they never went after Paul Salmon I guess.
1961, 1971, 1976, 1978, 1983, 1986, 1988, 1989, 1991, 2008, 2013, 2014, 2015.... And don't you forget it!

We've at least tried, on field anyway, to change things up. Rocky, Motlop and Watts in, Polec and Wingard out, (be those calls right or wrong) Rozee, Butters, Duursma, Drew, DBJ, Bonner, Houston all under 23 and getting games into them, we might be shit right now ( we are ) but we're changing the list to fix that. We've got some upside on show. Just need a coach to implement a plan that works.

You lot seem to try every year since 2014 and that's resulted in no finals wins but agree, at least you're trying. Crows have always had a long apprenticeship in the 2s for all draft picks, regardless of coach. Not sure why.

Nothing like doing an exhaustive, thorough process.

Seems very much like a "popular" decision, agree mate?

They went after Clarkson, Simpson & Longmire. They wouldn’t be doing their job if they didn’t.
From what I now know through people at the club, I’m more than comfortable with them giving Shaw the opportunity.

Futile exercise in reality, wasn't it? None of them were ever going to come across.

The "industry" thinks Ratten, Voss, even Teague are next in line for a full time head coaching role, Shaw really is a novice in coaching terms and I'm a little surprised they have jumped at him so quickly, like I said, seems like a popular selection to keep players and fans happy. I guess we'll see how it pans out.

Just more big fish they’ve missed. Changing their name to North Melbourne Sardines

Where's Fagan?

Is he going to come out with some "Mate, we're fine, mate, this isn't where we want to be mate, but we're fine, mate".

Onion, Vinegar, Sardines all mashed up. Spread on buttered toast. Much better than it sounds.

If the same as last year, then still working a chunk, clearing the mechanism, and being supported by the most incisive 2 year old the world has known.

The bloke is being found out. There is no elite standards program in place and it isn't about to be put in place under the current regime.

Anyone know if David Noble would be interested in coaching, or is he more management inclined these days?

I was as grossed out as you when my dear old mum suggested it, but it was surprisingly decent (although its probably 20+ years since I had it)

Geez he talks in circles.
What was the point of the interview if you are not going to answer questions directly?
