Correct, we've still got a lot of kids. They'll get hurt when the bigger bodies return and test our depth (again).

If your looking for a real roughie you can get $5.05 for Carlton to beat Richmond in Rd1.

Lynch wont be fit, Caddy is ruled out already & Riewoldt has a baby due around that time. We could be very short up front if Jack has to miss.
If you can keep your head when all around you have lost theirs, then you probably haven't understood the seriousness of the situation.

Carlton won both JLT games last year and Freo beat West Coast by nearly 100 points. I wouldn’t read too much into practice games. Richmond will win by 10 goals plus in round 1

Firstly, how good is it that the AFL Predictor remembers your tips from last time they were entered.

Secondly, there are some significant changes in mine already, I don't think the Tigers will make the 8 this season now, I have them finishing in their customary 9th spot, I do think the Lions will.

Essendon are the big sliders since my last evaluation, it's amazing how different your season looks after 2 rounds if you win or lose both, or lose a game you should've won.

I'm not concerned about Richmond making the 8, think they'll still get there. Top 4 unlikely though, and their impact in finals is more clouded now than before. I've enjoyed watching the Lions development/progression last season and thus far in 2019, but I still think their W/L is likely to balance out a bit.

You're right about the Bombers - Can see them making the same mistake as last season by starting slowly, playing catchup but falling short. If that happens it's unforgivable really.
